Week 2 — Build. Move. Progress.
Week 1 established the foundation. This week, we start building on it.
Our primary lifts continue to progress with slightly more volume and intensity while we challenge different areas of fitness throughout the week. You’ll see everything from shorter, faster efforts to longer aerobic work, gymnastics, loaded carries, and barbell cycling.
The goal isn’t to approach every day the same way. Some workouts are meant to be pushed, while others reward patience and consistent pacing. Pay attention to the intended stimulus, move well, and choose weights and modifications that allow you to train the workout as designed.
By the end of the week, the goal is simple: continue building strength, improve your conditioning, and stack another week of quality training.
Let’s have a great week! ****Daily workouts are released in OneRep at 7:00 PM the night before. This weekly brief is designed to provide context and training intent for the week.
MONDAY - AUGUST 10, 2026
What To Expect
Power + Conditioning We continue our Power Clean progression with doubles at moderate loading, focusing on strong positions and consistent technique. From there, expect a longer mixed-modal workout combining rowing, dumbbell work, and double unders. The goal is to settle into a sustainable pace early and stay consistent through all three rounds.
⏱️ Estimated Workout Time: 12–18Minutes
TUESDAY - AUGUST 11, 2026
What To Expect
Strength Endurance Front Squats continue to build this week before moving into a descending combination of wall balls and pull-ups. Short runs separate each round and will keep the heart rate elevated as the reps decrease. Smart pacing early will make a big difference as the workout progresses.
⏱️ Estimated Workout Time: 14–18 Minutes
WEDNESDAY - AUGUST 12, 2026
What To Expect
Aerobic Endurance Wednesday is our dedicated engine day and this week we're going long. Expect a simple aerobic chipper built around rowing, box step-overs, and sit-ups. The goal is continuous movement and sustainable effort—not racing the first round. Find a pace you can maintain and settle in.
⏱️ Estimated Workout Time: 25-32 Minutes
THURSDAY - AUGUST 13, 2026
What To Expect
Grip + Trunk Endurance We continue our Bench Press progression before shifting into a different style of conditioning. Skiing, farmer carries, knees-to-elbows, and box jumps will challenge your grip, midline, and overall conditioning. Expect the farmer carries and hanging work to become increasingly challenging as fatigue builds.
⏱️ Estimated Workout Time: 14–18 Minutes
FRIDAY - AUGUST 14, 2026
What To Expect
Snatch Development Friday continues our Snatch progression with technical work focused on the receiving position and overhead stability. We'll finish with a faster conditioning piece combining the bike, Hang Power Snatches, and burpees over the bar. The barbell should be light enough to cycle efficiently so you can keep the intensity high throughout all five rounds.
⏱️ Estimated Workout Time: 10-13 Minutes
SATURDAY - AUGUST 15, 2026
