Transition Week - Reset. Refine. Reload.
Last week we wrapped up Block 2 with our final strength tests. Whether you hit new PRs, matched previous lifts, or simply showed up and gave your best effort, you put in eight weeks of hard work—and now it's time to build on it.
Transition Week isn't a week off.
It's a chance to recover, move well, and prepare your body for the next training cycle. Throughout the week we'll introduce the primary lifts for Block 3, keep conditioning fun and varied, and focus on quality movement over heavy loading.
By the end of the week, you should feel refreshed, confident, and excited to start what's next.
Let’s have a great week! ****Daily workouts are released in OneRep at 7:00 PM the night before. This weekly brief is designed to provide context and training intent for the week.
