Meet Coach Emilee Paradis
Hi! My name is Emilee Paradis, I am an IFBB Fitness Pro and Hyrox athlete. 2025 marks ten years of being involved in the fitness industry, and exercise and wellness is my passion!
One of my favorite things to do is help others uncover their full potential, and showing clients how FUN training can be. I can’t wait to get this party started!
