About the event
Join us for CLOVIS, a powerful community workout honoring Second Lieutenant Clovis T. Ray, a U.S. Army soldier who gave his life in service to our country. This Hero WOD is a tribute to his courage, dedication, and sacrifice — and a chance for us to come together as a community in his memory.
The Workout: CLOVIS For Time 10-Mile Run 150 Burpee Pull-Ups
This is a true test of endurance, grit, and mental toughness — but it’s fully scalable and we’ll have multiple versions of the workout available to meet you where you are, including:
Half CLOVIS – 5-Mile Run + 75 Burpee Pull-Ups
Partner CLOVIS – Split the reps and miles with a friend
Beginner CLOVIS – Modified distances and burpee pull-up alternatives
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, there’s a version of CLOVIS that will challenge and inspire you.
