Pelvic Floor Support Class is a small-group class focused on building strength, coordination, and control through the pelvic floor, core, and breath. This class is designed to improve stability, posture, and movement efficiency—supporting everything from lifting and running to daily life.


Expect guided exercises that emphasize proper breathing mechanics, deep core activation, and functional movement patterns. The focus is on learning how to engage and relax the pelvic floor appropriately, creating better support under load and during dynamic movement.
